Can I request samples?

Sure. We know the feel and look it’s important so please do not hesitate to contact us at info@gemalia.com and let us know the reference number you are interested in.

When will I get my order?

We ship out Monday through Friday and delivery usually takes from 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination. Orders confirmed before 12pm usually ship out the same day.

Can I pay you a visit?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a showroom but we take part in a number of trade shows. We’ll keep you updated on our site.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

We strive to have a wide availability. In the even of a break of stock, you can hold your order and sign up to get notified as son as that particular products is back in stock. Unfortunatley we cannot register back order.
